Complimentary Site Assessment
A representative of GreenTech Builders Fences and Decks will visit your house or property in Folsom, Cameron Park, or El Dorado Hills to review and discuss your deck or fencing needs, measure the area, provide design guidance and advice, and work with you to select the most appropriate deck or fence material, style and accessories such as clasps and hinges. GreenTech will create a proposal with a fixed bid for all demolition, construction and materials, as well as a builder schedule. Once you've approved the bid, we will order the materials and the privacy fence project will start.
Professional Construction
When your fencing materials arrive, a team of licensed, background-checked and insured privacy fence installers will arrive and install your fence and gate, as well as any accessories and options. After this, we will clean the job site, remove your old fences, and leave the property in Cameron Park, Folsom, or El Dorado Hills as spotless as when we arrived.
Follow Up
When the fencing installation is complete, the owner of GreenTech Builders will conduct a final walk-through with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with your privacy fence .
